Customers Terms- In most cases, credit card, check, cash or COD will be the standard operating procedures. For special cases, terms may be giving on a case by case basis and that the customer has a good payment history.

RETURN POLICY- 30 days on any un-opened or used products that do not meet our customer’s satisfaction. 30 days on all electrical tools. After 30 days, the manufactures warranty will be in effect. 30 days on all Shears. After 30 days, the manufactures warranty will be in effect.

SHIPPING- We use UPS for all of our Shipping needs and continue to have the lowest cost on shipping to our Salons. $9.95 will be the standard rate to ship. COD will be $10.00 (UPS Fee) plus $9.95
